 We bake wood-fired breads and pastries from the ground up, 

 planting and coppicing wood for the oven and growing fruits and vegetables for the bakery kitchen.  Using local organic stone-ground flour we bake a range of sourdough and yeasted breads, seasonal pies and sweet treats.   

Due to the current situation we have changed our usual baking schedule.  We are currently doing home delivery in Tollerton on Thursday mornings and in Easingwold on Saturday mornings rather than Ripon Market and the Old Boot Shop.  If you would like to join our delivery mailing list please get in touch.
