We bake wood-fired breads and pastries from the ground up,
planting and coppicing wood for the oven and growing fruits and vegetables for the bakery kitchen. Using local organic stone-ground flour we bake a range of sourdough and yeasted breads, seasonal pies and sweet treats. Please come and find us at Ripon market on Thursdays or at the Galtres Centre, Easingwold on Saturday mornings (or Easingwold Farmer's Market last Saturday of the month). In these unusual times we are also doing home deliveries around Easingwold and Tollerton on Saturdays for those isolating. If you would like to join our delivery mailing list please get in touch.
