We love great quality food made from fresh local ingredients. The flour we use is organic and stone ground and we use fruit, vegetables and herbs from our market garden. Our oven is fired from wood that we coppice, creating a sustainable energy source. We aim to be artisinal in our techniques, seasonal in our flavours and very moreish in what we produce
